Culture is the foundation that great teams are built on, and I believe it is a leader’s job to foster and propegate that culture. My portfolio is more than just the designs, videos, and strategies in my projects, it is also the teams I’ve managed, the brainstorms I’ve facilitated, the ideas that are far too big for one person to execute that I’ve guided to completion. All of the things on this website, were not solely built by me, but by the teams I’ve worked with.
